I have an extreme love for life! Not just for mine but those around me and those that I can affect positively all over the world! I joined Team Beachbody because I needed to find myself again.  I used to be really active and enjoy running, hiking and swimming all the time.  But slowly, my enthusiasm level faded.  I started procrastinating by telling myself that "I'll go tomorrow," but I never did.  I started eating more and fighting with my boyfriend because I was gaining weight and becoming depressed.  Eventually, I realized what had happened.  Now, I'm determined to fix it!
Let me explain some things about me and my outlook on life. I love people, I love to be around people. Granted there are those that aren't the most pleasant to be around but I have made it my goal in life to "Turn their frown upside down!" you could say.
I have worked in a retail environment for well over 10 years, either volunteering or for pay. I know what people want and I know  how they want it. Well guess what guys you're in for a rude awakening! You can't always get what you want when you want it. Most of the time it takes time. As Dan Lusk said "Don't get fooled by the 'quick fix' promises, there aren't any. Put  your gloves on and do the work......in the end THAT is what will build a lifetime of Success!"
I became a Beachbody Coach in July 2011. As soon as I had talked to my coach(s) I knew this was going to be for me. I knew that getting back into P90X was not going to be easy but it needed to be done so that I could show all those that I would coach, that they can do it themselves.

All I ask of you guys is to give yourself the time to improve yourselves!

My other love are my dogs. Sammi who is a Purebred Rhodesian Ridgeback who is quite a character! As you see she is very well loved.

And Rook who is a Australian Cattle Dog mix, who is as loyal and loving as can be!

These guys are my life, they are my children! If they gain weight or lose muscle then so do I and that means that I am getting LAZY! That is not tolerable in my book.
